Six Nations Tickets – Every Fixture, from Twickenham to Rome

Six Nations tickets for all fifteen fixtures of the Championship are supplied by TicketsToSee, the London ticket specialist trading for over 22 years. England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales meet once each over six weekends in February and March, and every match carries something more than points: the Calcutta Cup, a Triple Crown, a Grand Slam, or simply the right to call the neighbours second best for another year. Few fixtures in world sport fill six national stadiums with that much noise.

Getting in is harder than it looks. The home unions sell most seats through their clubs, members and debenture holders, so the public release for the big fixtures is small and goes quickly. For hosting a client at Twickenham, a trip to Dublin or Rome with friends, or a first Six Nations weekend you have been promising yourself, booking through us means your seats are confirmed before you travel, with no ballot and no waiting list.

How your tickets arrive: your fixture, stand, number of seats and delivery method are confirmed in writing at booking, and our Private Client Team stays in contact with you until the tickets are in your hands. View Packages or call 0203 070 3997.

The Six Nations is played over six weekends from early February to mid-March. Six Nations Rugby confirms the fixture list and kick-off times for each edition, and each fixture page below carries the confirmed detail for that match.

Six Nations Tickets – How the Championship Works

Each of the six nations plays the other five once, so every team has either two or three home matches in a given year, alternating with the next. Four points are awarded for a win and two for a draw, with bonus points for scoring four tries or losing by seven points or fewer. A team that wins all five of its matches completes a Six Nations Grand Slam.

Six Nations Rugby Tickets – The Rounds

The Six Nations runs in five rounds, with a rest weekend after round three. Round one and round five traditionally carry the heaviest demand: the opening weekend sets the tone, and the final Saturday, known as Super Saturday, stages all three last-round matches one after another, often with the title still to be decided.

Six Nations Tickets at Twickenham – England Home Matches

England play their home matches at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, the home of English rugby and the largest dedicated rugby union stadium in the world, with around 82,000 seats. A Six Nations afternoon at Twickenham is a full-day occasion: the car-park picnics in the West Car Park, the walk up Whitton Road, and the sound of Swing Low as the teams come out.

England Six Nations Tickets

England Six Nations tickets are the most requested on our site. Allianz Stadium’s own allocation is sold mainly to affiliated rugby clubs, RFU members and debenture holders, which is why the England home fixtures move first. The Calcutta Cup match against Scotland and any visit from France or Ireland carry the strongest demand.

Getting to Allianz Stadium, Twickenham

Allianz Stadium is at 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham TW2 7BA. Twickenham station, served by South Western Railway from London Waterloo, is around fifteen minutes’ walk away; Richmond station, on the District line, the Overground and South Western Railway, is a popular alternative with a longer walk or a short bus ride. Parking near the ground on match days is limited and pre-booked.

6 Nations Tickets for Dublin, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Paris and Rome

Some of the best Six Nations weekends are away from home, and we supply seats at every Six Nations venue.

Aviva Stadium, Dublin

Ireland play at the Aviva Stadium on Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4, a compact bowl of around 51,700 seats close to the city centre. Friday-night and evening kick-offs in Dublin make for a long, memorable weekend, and Ireland’s home fixtures against England and France are among the hardest Six Nations tickets to secure.

Principality Stadium, Cardiff

Wales play at the Principality Stadium on Westgate Street, Cardiff, a 73,000-seat stadium in the middle of the city with a retractable roof. When the roof is closed and the anthem starts, it is one of the loudest venues in world rugby.

Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh

Scotland play at Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Roseburn Street, Edinburgh, Scotland’s national stadium, with around 67,000 seats and a short walk from the city’s West End.

Stade de France, Paris, and Stadio Olimpico, Rome

France play their home Six Nations matches at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, just north of Paris, and Italy play at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, beside the Tiber. Both combine a big match with a city weekend, which is why they are popular with travelling supporters and corporate groups.

Six Nations Tickets Prices by Fixture

TicketsToSee Six Nations tickets run from £225 to £1,300 per person across the fifteen fixtures, excluding VAT. VAT and delivery are calculated and shown at checkout, and there are no booking fees added at the end. Each fixture offers sideline seats (East or West Stand) and end seats (North or South Stand); the figure below is the lower of the two for that match, and each fixture page carries both.

Why Six Nations Ticket Prices Differ So Much by Fixture

A five-fold spread between the cheapest and dearest Six Nations ticket surprises most first-time buyers, so it is worth explaining where it comes from. Three things drive it, and none of them is arbitrary.

Stadium capacity against demand. The Aviva Stadium holds around 51,700, the smallest ground in the Six Nations, while Twickenham holds about 82,000. When Ireland host England or France in Dublin, the most wanted fixture of the round is played in the smallest stadium in the tournament. That single fact explains most of the top of the range.

How the host union allocates seats. Each union reserves the bulk of its allocation for affiliated clubs, members, sponsors and debenture holders. The proportion that ever reaches general sale differs from union to union and from fixture to fixture, and the tighter that proportion, the higher the cost of securing a seat afterwards.

What the match is worth. A fixture that could decide the Championship, a Calcutta Cup, or a Grand Slam decider on the final weekend will always carry a premium over a mid-table match played in round two. Italy’s home fixtures are the most affordable way into a Six Nations weekend precisely because the Stadio Olimpico rarely sells out.

Our prices track what it actually costs to secure the seats, which is why they move between fixtures rather than sitting on a flat tariff. We would rather set that out here than have you discover it at checkout.

Six Nations Rugby Tickets – Choosing Your Seats

Where you sit changes the match you see.

East and West Stand Sideline Seats

The East and West Stands run along the touchlines, and sideline seats give the classic view of a rugby match: the full width of the pitch, the line-outs in front of you and the shape of both defences. They are the first choice for most corporate guests and cost the most at every ground.

North and South Stand End Seats

The North and South Stands sit behind the posts. You see attacking moves unfold towards you, and the atmosphere behind the posts is often the loudest in the stadium. End seats are the best-value way to see the biggest fixtures.

Lower, Middle and Upper Tiers

Lower-tier seats put you close to the players; middle and upper tiers give a better view of the patterns of play. For a first visit, a lower or middle tier on the sideline is the safest choice.

Accessible seating and companion seats

Every Six Nations stadium has dedicated wheelchair and accessible seating positions with companion seats alongside, and all six are handled by the host union’s own access team rather than through general allocation. Tell us at the enquiry stage if anyone in your party needs level access, an aisle seat or a companion seat, because these positions are limited in number and are released differently from standard seats. Raising it after a booking is confirmed is far harder to resolve than raising it before.

What Your Six Nations Ticket Includes

A match ticket admits you to the stadium and to your allocated seat, in the stand and tier confirmed with you at booking. Food, drink and programmes are bought inside the ground, and every venue is cashless. Travel and accommodation are not included unless you have asked us to arrange hospitality that covers them.

Two practical points matter more at the Six Nations than at most sport. First, these are February and March fixtures in northern Europe, and only the Principality Stadium has a roof — assume cold, assume rain, and dress for ninety minutes outdoors plus the queue. Second, seats are allocated together where the stand layout allows it, and for parties above six the realistic options are either end seats in a block or a hospitality lounge; we will tell you which applies to your fixture before you commit rather than splitting a group without warning.

Six Nations Tickets with Hospitality

For corporate entertaining, a hosted day with pre-match dining, drinks and a reserved seat is the easiest way to look after guests. Each stadium runs its own hospitality lounges, with packages that range from a two-course lunch to fine dining with a former international as host. The practical advantage is not the food. It is that you have somewhere to talk to a client before kick-off and at half-time, and somewhere to sit afterwards while the crowd clears, which on a cold afternoon in a full stadium is worth more than it sounds. Tell our Private Client Team the fixture, the size of your group and the experience you want, and we will advise on hospitality alongside match seats.

Six Nations Trophies and Traditions

Inside the Championship sit a series of older rivalries, each with its own trophy:

  • The Calcutta Cup – England v Scotland, contested since 1879
  • The Triple Crown – won by the Home Nation that beats the other three
  • The Millennium Trophy – England v Ireland
  • The Centenary Quaich – Scotland v Ireland
  • The Auld Alliance Trophy – Scotland v France
  • The Giuseppe Garibaldi Trophy – France v Italy
  • The Doddie Weir Cup – Scotland v Wales

The team finishing bottom takes the Wooden Spoon, an honour nobody wants.

What to Wear to the Six Nations

There is no dress code in the general stands; most supporters wear their team’s shirt with a warm coat, since February afternoons are cold at every venue. Hospitality lounges usually expect smart casual dress, and some ask for a jacket.

The Six Nations Championship – A Short History

The Championship began as the Home Nations Championship in 1883, between England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. France joined in 1910 to make it the Five Nations, and Italy’s arrival in 2000 created the Six Nations. The Six Nations is the oldest international rugby union competition in the world, organised today by Six Nations Rugby and sponsored by Guinness.

The Six Nations at a Glance

The Six Nations Championship is the annual rugby union tournament between England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales, played over six weekends in February and March. Matches are held at Allianz Stadium Twickenham, the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Scottish Gas Murrayfield in Edinburgh, the Stade de France near Paris and the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. Most seats are allocated through the unions’ clubs and members, so public demand exceeds supply for the major fixtures. TicketsToSee supplies sideline and end seats for all fifteen matches, from £225 to £1,300 per person.

Six Nations Tickets FAQs

How can I buy Six Nations tickets?

Choose your fixture from the list on this page and book online, or call our Private Client Team on 0203 070 3997. We confirm the stand, tier and delivery method with you at booking.

How much are Six Nations tickets?

TicketsToSee Six Nations tickets run from £225 to £1,300 per person, excluding VAT, depending on the fixture and the stand. Ireland’s home matches against England and France are the highest-priced fixtures; Italy’s home matches in Rome are the most affordable.

When is the Six Nations?

The Six Nations is played over six weekends in February and March, with a rest weekend after round three. Six Nations Rugby confirms the fixture list and kick-off times for each edition, and each fixture page on this site carries the confirmed detail for that match.

Why are Ireland’s home Six Nations tickets the most expensive?

The Aviva Stadium holds around 51,700, the smallest capacity in the Championship, and Ireland’s fixtures against England and France are among the most wanted of the tournament. The most in-demand match of the round being played in the smallest ground is what pushes those seats to the top of the range.

Which seats are best at a Six Nations match?

East and West Stand sideline seats in the lower or middle tier give the best all-round view. North and South Stand seats behind the posts are the best-value way to see the biggest fixtures.

Can I buy Six Nations hospitality?

Yes. Every stadium runs hospitality lounges, and our Private Client Team can advise on hospitality packages alongside match seats, particularly for corporate groups.

Can you seat a group together?

Usually, and we will tell you before you book rather than after. Up to about six, seats together are normally achievable in most stands. Above that, the realistic options are a block of end seats behind the posts or a hospitality lounge, depending on the fixture and the stadium.

Is accessible seating available?

Yes, at all six stadiums, with companion seats alongside. These positions are limited and are released by each host union’s access team rather than through general allocation, so tell us at the enquiry stage rather than after booking.

What is Super Saturday?

Super Saturday is the final weekend of the Championship, when all three last-round matches are played one after another on the same day, often with the title still to be decided.

What does a Six Nations ticket include?

Stadium entry and your allocated seat in the stand and tier confirmed at booking. Food, drink and programmes are bought inside the ground, every venue is cashless, and travel and accommodation are not included unless arranged as part of a hospitality package.

How will I receive my Six Nations tickets?

Your delivery method and timing are confirmed with you at booking, and our team stays in contact until your tickets have arrived.

Booking, Delivery and Six Nations Match Weekends

How booking Six Nations tickets works

TicketsToSee handles every Six Nations booking personally, from the first enquiry to the day your tickets arrive. Nothing is charged until you have the fixture, the stand and the price per person in front of you in writing.

1. Choose your fixture and stand

Pick the match and decide between sideline seats (East or West Stand) and end seats (North or South Stand). If you are not sure which suits your group, our Private Client Team will talk you through the view from each part of the ground, and will say plainly when the cheaper end seats are the better buy for that particular stadium.

2. Confirmation in writing

Once you book, you receive written confirmation of the fixture, the stand and tier, the number of seats and the delivery arrangements. Seats are normally supplied together in pairs or small groups; tell us if you need a larger party seated together and we will advise what is possible before you commit rather than after.

3. Delivery before the match

The home unions release tickets to their clubs and members in the weeks before each fixture, and most Six Nations tickets are now issued as mobile tickets close to match day. That timing is normal and is not a sign of a problem. Your delivery method and timing are confirmed at booking, and we stay in contact with you until your tickets have arrived.

Planning a Six Nations weekend away

A Six Nations match in Dublin, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Paris or Rome is as much about the weekend as the eighty minutes. Book your seats first, then travel and accommodation: hotel prices in host cities rise sharply once the fixture list is published, and the most popular weekends fill early. Evening kick-offs in Dublin and Edinburgh mean a late finish, so plan on staying the night rather than chasing a last train.

Six Nations hospitality for corporate groups

For companies entertaining clients, a hosted day at Twickenham or an away fixture combines the match with dining, drinks and a comfortable base before and after kick-off. It is also the most reliable way to seat a larger party together. Tell us the fixture, the number of guests and the level of hospitality you want, and our team will advise on the options alongside match seats.

Why our Six Nations ticket prices differ from face value

Each home union sets a face value for the seats it sells directly, and releases most of them to clubs, members and debenture holders rather than to the public. Once that allocation has closed, seats reach the market at whatever securing them costs for that fixture. Our prices reflect that cost. They are quoted per person excluding VAT, with VAT and delivery shown at checkout under clause 4.1 of our terms, and nothing is added at the end.

Who we are, and who we are not
