Horse of the Year Show Hospitality Options

The organiser currently describes the following hospitality formats. These provide a basis for your enquiry; final 2027 arrangements remain subject to confirmation.

Daytime Ringside Dining

The published daytime format combines views over the Andrews Bowen International Arena with a two-course lunch and a sharing dessert plate for two. It suits guests who want dining to form part of their visit while keeping the competition central to the occasion.

Evening Ringside Dining

The published evening format includes a three-course dinner followed by coffee and treats, overlooking the arena. Consider it for an anniversary, personal celebration or corporate evening built around your chosen performance.

The organiser also lists parking at one pass per two guests, a programme, arrival hosting, cloakroom service and Retail Village access. Drinks are charged separately. Hospitality access applies to the selected performance, and dress requirements vary by session. Confirm all inclusions and conditions in your quotation.

Champions Bar

Champions Bar offers elevated views of the Andrews Bowen International Arena and a sociable alternative to ringside dining. It is worth considering when your party wants to follow the competition while enjoying time together.

The current published format includes daytime and evening access for the chosen date, a two-course lunch in the 4/4 Lounge, complimentary tea and coffee, and access to the TopSpec Arena and Retail Village. Other drinks and additional food are purchased separately.

Champions Bar seating is described as unallocated. Confirm the 2027 seating arrangements, inclusions and admission coverage before booking.

About The Horse Of The Year Show  (HOYS)

Before Captain Tony Collings came up with the idea for Horse of the Year Show there was no special event to mark the end of the equestrian season – he believed that there was a need for a climax, a culmination of the year, a champion of Champions show.

Indeed there was, for his idea was picked up by the then Chairmen of the British Show Jumping Association and British Horse Society Colonel Mike Ansell and Colonel VDS Williams.
