Summary of Important Information for Buyers

1. Primary Acquisition and Reseller Status:
Prospective buyers are advised to initially attempt to purchase tickets via primary agents, including The Jockey Club and the Cheltenham Racecourse box office. Should these sources be unable to fulfil your requirements for preferred locations or availability, TicketsToSee operates as a specialised secondary market reseller, providing access to exclusive, sold-out, and hard-to-get events.

2. Pricing Valuation and Market Fluctuations:
Ticket prices are established based on prevailing secondary market values, reflecting the costs of acquiring premium inventory and our VIP concierge service. Consequently, prices typically exceed the face value—approximately £79 for this event—and are subject to supply-and-demand dynamics. The final price is guaranteed only at the time of payment approval.

3. Order Processing and Communications:
Following your order, please monitor your spam folder for our booking email to avoid technical delays. Orders placed outside standard business hours will be processed on the following business day.

4. Event Scheduling, Travel and Refunds:
The venue or organiser may change event dates and times. As we have no control over such alterations, refunds are not provided for date or time changes. Buyers are strongly advised to verify local event times and arrange flexible airfare or travel plans accordingly.

5. Contractual Agreement and Terms:
By confirming your requirements and receiving an invoice from Ticketstosee, you enter a binding contract governed by our Terms and Conditions. You must affirmatively acknowledge and accept these terms via the checkbox prior to purchasing or creating a user account. Please review our full Terms and Conditions here: https://www.ticketstosee.com/terms-conditions/

6. Contact and Support:
For order updates or assistance, please contact our office on +44 (0)203 070 3997, email sales@ticketstosee.com, or use WhatsApp Business on +44 7418 609 758. We provide an emergency out-of-hours voicemail service for urgent queries.
