Club Enclosure on the Thursday

The Club Enclosure is the racecourse’s principal enclosure. It gives you grandstand viewing of the finishing straight, access to the parade ring and winner’s enclosure, and the bars and restaurants inside the enclosure. Entry is unreserved, so there is no allocated seat, and hospitality dining is not included.

The Ryanair Chase and Stayers’ Hurdle

The Ryanair Chase is run over two and a half miles of fences, and the Stayers’ Hurdle over three miles of hurdles. Together they make the Thursday one of the deepest cards of the week. Arrive early to watch the runners in the parade ring before the big race.

  • Trains run to Cheltenham Spa station, with race-day shuttle buses to the course
