Our clients must adhere to the following rules to ensure a seamless purchasing experience and make the most of our VIP concierge service.
These guidelines should be carefully reviewed, as no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
Please be aware that we strongly recommend attempting to acquire tickets from the official French Tennis Federation Roland Garros box office, known as the primary ticket agent for the event.
By issuing this notice, we aim to eliminate confusion between our trade name and ROLAND GARROS AND THE FRENCH TENNIS FEDERATION, the registered trademark owner associated with the French Open Grand Slam event.
We want to emphasize that we are not affiliated with or intend to impersonate the organization, as mentioned above.
While we act as resellers of French Open tickets, it is important to note that we are not an official French Open or Roland Garros hospitality provider.
We strongly advise website users to purchase exclusive hospitality packages from authorized suppliers for this event.
We cannot sell French Open tennis products to French nationals in compliance with French regulations. All orders will be subject to verification with passports, and orders from individuals who fail to declare French citizenship will be rejected.
However, if tickets are sold out, difficult to obtain, off-sale, or if your preferred seating location is unavailable on the box office website, you may proceed to order from us online as we can assist you.
Please take note of the following rules and guidelines:
1. Ticketstosee is not affiliated with any box office or event organiser.
2. When purchasing these hard-to-get tickets, you acknowledge that your name will not appear on the tickets.
3. The e-tickets provided by Ticketstosee will display your name. This information is on the ticket barcodes are the essential entry requirement.
4. You will be required to present passport identification when entering the event, and Ticketstosee advises that tickets for this event have mandatory ID checks.
5. Most events may be sold at prices above the face value of the tickets. The face value for this event is approximately 100 euros.
6. Unless stated otherwise, all ticket quotes are per person, assuming purchases are made in pairs. Different prices may apply for odd numbers or larger groups, especially for popular events.
7. For groups of four or more, it may be necessary to allocate separate rows. If you require your group to be seated in a straight line on the same row, please inform us, and we will assess the feasibility of accommodating your request.
8. In the unlikely event of a claim regarding denied entry, Ticketstosee will only offer compensation upon providing written evidence from the venue and submitting the original unused tickets. To date, no claims of denied entry have been supported by such evidence from either the client or the venue.
9. Refrain from referencing Ticketstosee at the events you attend.
10. Direct all inquiries to Ticketstosee and avoid contacting the venue or box office directly.
11. Do not forward our emails to anyone or allow anyone to use your account.
12. Prohibited activities include allowing anyone to collect tickets on your behalf or passing tickets along to others.
13. Maintain a friendly and polite demeanour towards box office staff, refraining from mentioning Ticketstosee at the venue.
14. Always follow the collection instructions provided in the listing, the PDF ticket, and the confirmation email.
15. Cancelled bookings are non-refundable, so please ensure your availability before booking.
16. Always carry a printed or screen grab of your PDF tickets and have your identification ready to show at security checkpoints.
17. The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage through their broker to protect against event postponement, cancellation, or non-attendance, starting from the moment of their investment or order.
18. Purchasing with a credit card does not grant the right to cancel an order or deviate from our terms and conditions.
19. For any concerns regarding your order, please get in touch with our customer service department exclusively. Other parties involved in the event do not possess records of your order and cannot assist you.
20. Carefully inspect your tickets upon receipt, as rectifying mistakes at a later stage will not be possible.
21. Tickets cannot be promoted or advertised for resale or competition without prior agreement from Ticketstosee.
22. If you receive electronic tickets but require courier or secure postal delivery, please notify us, and we will promptly refund the delivery charge.
23. As ticket brokers purchasing from various trusted sources, we may not always know if the tickets we acquire are physical or electronic. Consequently, all sales will include a postage charge for the foreseeable future.
24. Promoters often withhold tickets until closer to the event, but you can typically expect to receive your tickets four days before the event.
25. If you have not received your tickets within this timeframe, please get in touch with us to inquire about their whereabouts.
26. Please be aware that our operations are no longer available during weekends. If your event is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday and your tickets have not arrived, don’t hesitate to contact us during the week preceding the event.
27. To ensure accurate ticket delivery, please double-check that the email address used for your ticket purchase was entered correctly.
In addition, we highly recommend checking your spam and junk folders in the same email account, as tickets may occasionally be redirected there.
