Formula 1 Hospitality Levels Explained
- Premium Trackside Club: a reserved seat in a covered or elevated stand at a key part of the circuit, with food and drink included. The step up from a grandstand ticket.
- Trackside lounges: a climate-controlled suite near a high-action corner or the pit exit, with dining, an open bar and a reserved grandstand seat.
- pit lane suites: the most elevated level, positioned above the team garages on the pit straight, typically with fine dining, pit lane walks and a view of the grid and podium.
- Team hospitality: suites run with a specific constructor, with team-branded access. Availability is limited and varies by round.
Inclusions vary by circuit and package, so every inclusion is confirmed before booking. Level names describe the type of access and are not official Formula 1 product names.
Grand Prix Hospitality: The Best Races
British Grand Prix, Silverstone (Sunday 4 July 2027): the strongest choice for UK hosts, with no flights, a famous crowd and the widest range of hospitality.
Monaco Grand Prix (Sunday 6 June 2027): the harbour, the street circuit and terrace or yacht-side viewing make it the most prestigious weekend of the year.
Italian Grand Prix, Monza (Sunday 5 September 2027): history, speed and the most passionate crowd on the calendar.
Singapore and Las Vegas: night races where the city is part of the occasion, suited to incentive trips and client entertaining.
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (Sunday 12 December 2027): the season finale at Yas Marina, often chosen for winter sun and a championship decider.

F1 Corporate Hospitality
A Grand Prix works well for client hosting, staff reward and incentive travel because guests do not need to follow every technical detail to enjoy the day. For corporate bookings, tell us guest numbers, whether guests must sit together, the preferred day and any branding sensitivities. A qualifying Saturday can offer a more relaxed hosting day than race Sunday, often at a lower package price.
How F1 Hospitality Booking Works
Send the enquiry form with the race, guest numbers and hospitality level. The Private Client Team confirms available packages, inclusions and the price in GBP in writing. Once you accept, you pay and receive a booking confirmation. Tickets and hospitality passes are issued in the organiser’s format, usually digital, before race weekend. Guest names may be required for some packages.
TicketsToSee is an independent ticket and hospitality provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of Formula 1, the FIA, any team or any circuit. Prices may be above or below face value.
