The Contract and Your Tickets
You will receive a confirmation email with details of how your tickets will be delivered. Tickets may be sent electronically or via mobile.

Our advertised prices are in UK Sterling and do not include VAT or delivery charges. These prices can change without notice.

During checkout, we will clearly show and calculate all applicable VAT and delivery costs.

By confirming your purchase, you agree that our Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Ticketstosee.com. This requires your digital acceptance at checkout.

Risk, Cancellation, and Refunds
You are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance to protect yourself against the postponement or cancellation of the event for any reason.

Because you bear this risk, we expressly exclude the application of the Law Reform (Frustrated Contracts) Act 1943 from our agreement.

If an event is wholly or partially cancelled due to reasons outside our control (such as force majeure), refunds are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.

We strongly advise all buyers (individuals and companies) to purchase event insurance immediately upon forming the contract.

Our Status as a Broker
Ticketstosee.com operates as an independent ticket broker, specialising in hard-to-get tickets for VIP clients globally.

We are not affiliated with, licensed, or authorised by any official box office, promoter, venue, team, or association.

We use their trademarks and names only for descriptive purposes to identify the event/goods. We are not acting with their permission.

Our Service and Pricing
We recommend you try the official box office first. Use our service only if tickets are sold out or you cannot get the seating you require. We are a concierge/specialist broker.

We facilitate access to tickets via our contacts and various sources.

Our prices are usually higher than the original face value of the ticket. This premium covers the difficulty and cost of securing premium, sold-out, or hard-to-get tickets, plus the convenience of our VIP service.

Prices are set by sellers and exceed the face value (e.g., the face value for this event is approximately £80–£185).

We do not disclose exact seat numbers to maintain seller discretion, but your purchase is contractually underwritten for location quality.

You accept that some seats are privately owned, and their face value is nominal and not an indication of their high price.

Our VIP service means we do not disclose the details of the original seller/owner. Contact us before ordering if you need additional information.

Seating and Group Bookings
All tickets purchased will be seated together in a minimum of pairs.

For groups of more than four guests or odd-number bookings (e.g., 1, 3, 5, 7), you must call UK 0203 070 3997 for availability and surcharged pricing before booking. If you do not request for surcharges, we will try our best to get seats close, but contiguity is not guaranteed.

Risk of Non-Admission
The ticket market is volatile, and prices fluctuate.

Warning: Some event organisers may refuse entry to anyone who was not the original ticket purchaser if the ticket contains the original buyer’s ID details. They may also restrict the use of tickets to the original buyer.

If you or your guest is refused entry on these grounds, we cannot issue a refund. You must consider this risk before accepting these terms.
