The Rules of Buying
Our clients have access to opportunities in return for being discreet. Therefore, adhering to the following rules is important to ensure a smooth purchasing experience and utilise our VIP concierge service. Please familiarise yourself with them, as no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

• Ticketstosee is not affiliated with any box office or event organiser.
• By purchasing these hard-to-get tickets, you acknowledge that your name will not be on the tickets.
• The e-tickets provided by Ticketstosee will display the original purchaser’s or supplier’s name, but this information is irrelevant as the barcodes on the tickets are what matter for entry.
• You will not be required to present ID when entering the event, and Ticketstosee does not supply tickets for events that require ID.
• Most events may be sold at prices higher than the face value of the tickets. For example, the face value for this event is approximately £89.00.
• Unless stated otherwise, all ticket quotes are per person, assuming purchases are made in pairs. Therefore, different prices may apply for odd numbers or larger groups, especially for popular events.
• For groups of four or more, splitting the group into separate rows may be necessary. However, if you require your group to be seated in a straight line on the same row, please inform us, and we will assess the feasibility of accommodating your request.
• In the rare event of a claim regarding a client being denied entry to an event, Ticketstosee will only offer compensation upon providing written evidence from the venue and submitting the original unused tickets. To date, no claims of denied entry have been supported by such evidence from either the client or the venue.
• Do not make any reference to Ticketstosee at any events you attend.
• Do not directly contact a venue or box office with questions. Instead, please direct all inquiries to Ticketstosee.
• Do not forward our emails to anyone or allow anyone to use your account.
• Do not allow anyone to collect tickets on your behalf, and passing along tickets to others is strictly prohibited.
• Be friendly and polite to box office staff, refraining from mentioning Ticketstosee at the venue.
• Always follow the collection instructions in the listing, the PDF ticket, and the confirmation email.
• Cancelled bookings are non-refundable, so please ensure your availability before booking.
• Always carry a printed or screen grab of your PDF tickets and have your ID ready to show at security points.
• The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage through their broker against event postponement, cancellation, or non-attendance, starting from the moment of their investment or order.
• Purchasing with a credit card does not grant the right to cancel an order or deviate from our terms and conditions.
• Any concerns regarding your order must be directed solely to our customer service department. Contact only, as other parties involved in the event do not have records of your order and cannot assist you.
• Please carefully check tickets upon receipt, as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
• No tickets can be promoted or advertised for resale and competition without prior agreement from Ticketstosee.
• If you receive an order of electronic tickets and request a courier or secure postal delivery, please notify us, and we will promptly refund the delivery charge.
• Please note that as ticket brokers purchasing from various trusted sources, we may not always know if the tickets we acquire are physical or electronic. Unfortunately, this means all sales will include a postage charge for the foreseeable future.
• Promoters often withhold tickets until closer to the event, but you can typically expect to receive your tickets four days before.
• If you have not received your tickets within this timeframe, you must contact us and inquire about their whereabouts.
• Please note that our operations are no longer available during weekends. If your event is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday and your tickets have not arrived, please get in touch with us during the week before the event.
• To ensure accurate ticket delivery, please double-check that the email address you used for your ticket purchase was entered correctly.
• Even if you selected the delivery option as explained above, we highly recommend checking your spam and junk folders in the same email account, as tickets may occasionally be routed there.
