Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Like all of us here at Ticketstosee, I know that you are a fan of live experiences, whether it be sports, concerts, theatre or comedy.
The current state of affairs – specifically the evolving situation due to COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) – has likely led to questions about what happens if an event gets cancelled or postponed.
If an event is cancelled or postponed you do not have to do anything, we will inform customers via email as soon as an official announcement is made, with more information about the next steps.
We advise client’s to contact their insurers to start the claim process for the cancellation or postponement of any events they have booked with Ticketstosee.com.
Our terms and conditions clearly state our policy to customers in the event of a cancellation or postponement, when you have purchased tickets from a secondary ticket seller.
Our goal is to ensure consumers have access to a wide array of events globally. The impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is an issue we are taking very seriously as we know globally it has a direct impact on both our buyers and sellers.
At Ticketstosee, customer satisfaction and safety has always been our highest priority. We recommend for anyone feeling ill to take precautionary steps if attending an event in any region and to always consult your doctors.
All events are considered valid unless there has been an official announcement stating the event has been cancelled.
Thank you for continued patience we will update you further in due course.
