Before You Order, Consider buying tickets from the official box office first. They’re known as primary ticket agents and usually offer face-value tickets with preferred seating.
If the box office is sold out and doesn’t have what you need or your preferred seats, you can proceed to order with us online. We specialise in hard-to-get tickets and can help you find what you want.
Welcome to Ticketstosee.com, the UK’s premier ticket broker with over 25 years of experience. We specialise in securing exclusive VIP and hard-to-find tickets for sold-out shows, concerts, popular events, and sporting events. It is important to note that the tickets we offer may be priced above their face value. The face value of the tickets we obtain for this event is £
The ticket price includes service charges that reflect our costs and efforts in obtaining premium seats for you. Please be aware that the ticket market is highly dynamic, and prices may vary significantly at different times.
Please understand that all sales are final. It cannot be cancelled or refunded once you place and pay for an order. However, we will try to resell unwanted tickets upon your request.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and cannot issue duplicate tickets. Therefore, we strongly advise treating your tickets with the utmost care, as you would with cash.
Please note that the right to cancel or exercise a “cooling-off period” provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All ticket sales are considered final.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the artist or promoter, we will refund the face value of the ticket only if the event is cancelled. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we can offer to resell your tickets on your behalf, subject to a 25% charge upon resale.
It is crucial to understand that we have no control over these events, and we will not be responsible for any costs incurred, such as travel expenses or hotel bookings if a concert is cancelled or rescheduled. Therefore, you must verify the event status before making any arrangements. While we will try to inform you of any date changes, we cannot be held liable if we cannot reach you. We strongly recommend independently verifying the event details.
Regarding ticket delivery, we aim to dispatch your tickets promptly, with most tickets sent within 7 days of your booking. However, due to the nature of the business, certain tickets, such as general admission or specially printed souvenir tickets, may not be available until shortly before the event or even on the day of the show. If the tickets arrive too late for postage, we will arrange for you to collect them from our London office or a venue representative.
In recent months, two new ticket delivery methods have emerged: “flash ticketing,” requiring a smartphone app download, and “mobile tickets” sent via text message to your mobile phone. Traditional paper tickets and e-tickets (electronic tickets) sent via email and printed at home remain popular. While most of our tickets are still hard paper tickets, all tickets purchased through Ticketstosee.com will include a Royal Mail special delivery charge for the time being.
Please inform us if you receive electronic tickets, and we will promptly refund the postage charge. However, please note that we may not always know the ticket format in advance, which means that all sales will, for now, include a postage charge.
Regarding e-tickets, some may display the original purchaser’s or supplier’s name, but this is irrelevant as entry to the event is based on scanning the ticket barcode. You will not be required to present identification when attending the event. We do not supply tickets for events that require ID.
While promoters often release tickets closer to the event, you can generally expect to receive your tickets four days before the event. If you have not received your tickets within this timeframe, you must contact us and inquire about their status.
Please note that we do not operate during weekends. If your event is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday and your tickets have not arrived, please contact us during the week leading up to the event.
We highly recommend checking the email address you used for ticket purchase if your tickets have not arrived, even if you selected a delivery method, as explained above. Additionally, please check your email’s spam and junk folders, as tickets may occasionally be filtered there.
If your first-choice tickets are unavailable, we will make every effort to contact you regarding upgrades at no extra cost; ticket downgrades with a partial refund, or alternative tickets for the same venue/event on a different date.
